He Arrived Safe And Sound

Sharrod arrived in North Carolina greeted by his mission president Brother Thomas and Sister Thomas. They feed him a nice warm meal with a southern favorite dessert of banana pudding. He was then taken to meet his senior companion who I understand took him to his new apartment just long enough to "push his luggage inside the door then off to work they went". We have not heard from Sharrod yet but will post his new address as soon as we get it. His mission president stated that he and his wife are very dedicated to the mission as well as Sharrod which means he has many strong and loyal friends already. They request supportive letters absent the affairs of home will help sharrod cultivate a strong start. We are so grateful for all of Sharrods friends and want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the great and supportive friends you all are!!

Sharrod MTC

Its a great day for a mother when she get pictures form her son serving a mission. Sharrod is doing well and loving his mission thus far. He is however freezing there in provo and hopes that his new assignment is "SOMEWHERE WARM". He should find out in a week or so where he will be assigned until his visa arrives. Stay tuned for the news.

Families Can Be Together Forever

Mission Call

Most everyone knows that Sharrod will be leaving for his mission on December first. He will be serving in the Brazil Sao Paulo Interlagos mission. He is very excited, and though he won't admit it, I am sure he is nervous as well. What a great place to be able to serve the Lord. I know he is going to be a great missionary and touch the hearts of so many!!! I am going to MISS HIM SO MUCH, but I know there are many who need him during this time. We feel so blessed to have such a great family that always shows so much love and support for each other. SHARROD WE LOVE YOU!!

Sharrod-n-Dreds Mon

Sharrod in Dreds, he was in an assembly at school, and from what I hear he did a great job!! WISH I WOULD HAVE BEEN THERE BUT, SOMEONE (SHARROD) DID NOT LET US KNOW. hmmmmmm. Well we are glad he could entertain all of Snow Canyon so well. ha ha ha

Disneyland

Well Disneyland was great!!!! Although, three days can wear a family out especially with all the little ones. Besides Annika, Traci, and Sawyer taking turns throwing up all went well overall. WE LOVE YOU GUYS X0X0X0X0

So all the sudden there was no noise, and Randi said "Mom have you seen Brekken?" I said no so she went off to find him and this is what she discovered.

Christmas Eve & Christmas

Well this year as tradition has it!!! Yup BINGO on Christmas Eve. We had a great time even though some of us were missing. : ( It was sooooo much fun with the grandkids this year, they were at such cute ages, and they had a great time. We did pin the star on the Christmas tree for them instead of bingo, had our traditional steak dinner, opened our pj's, had our fashion show, and after the little ones were asleep we dove into BINGO. Christmas morning we did breakfast, cleaned up and then opened presents. The little kids faces were priceless when they saw Bongo The Bear that PaPa had gotten for them. : )
